Chapter 06 · Section 6.1
Investing
An investor with a bearish market outlook should:
a) buy a put spread.
b) sell a put spread.
In a bear market, a trader would rather be short a put at the lower price than short a put at the higher price. The put at the higher price will be worth more than the put at the lower one.
