Chapter 06 · Section 6.1
Investing
An investor with a bearish market outlook should:
a) buy a call spread.
b) sell a call spread.
In a bear market, an investor would rather be short a call at a higher price than short a call at a lower price. The premium for the right to buy is greater for a lower exercise price call than for a higher exercise price call.
