Trading
A trader, viewing a market as volatile, should:
a) buy option straddles.
b) write option straddles.
The holder of a call option profits from an increase in prices. A put option holder benefits from a fall in prices. A straddle purchaser wants the market to be either bullish or bearish, but not stable.
